You don't have to deny all the rules and rules you have accumulated so far. It is not easy to try a new method or tell people about your painful experience, but I think that "knowing" and "getting to know" is the best shortcut to find a way of life. increase. The biggest goal of dealing with disability characteristics is to learn the idea of "taking care of yourself". Sometimes I get overwhelmed by the problem at hand, but in that case, I don't need to perfect everything, and I will evaluate what I'm doing now.
